As many of you may have heard, Derpy is in trouble. She may end up losing her name because of people who are afraid that the term "derp" means or stands for someone who is mentally handicapped. That is not true in the slightest. Fellow CMC Bloggers, other random viewers, you can tell that Derpy Hooves is a huge part of my blog and my personality. Derpy is one of the most beloved background ponies who recently received her own dialogue in the episode The Last Roundup. Originally named Ditzy Doo, she evolved thanks to the fans and what they created her and shaped her to be. Now, my friends, she needs your help. Everyone out there, take the time out of your day, two minutes, to sign this petition to Hasbro Studios. We must convince Hasbro that there is nothing wrong with her name being Derpy, and we must make sure our beloved cross-eyed pony stays exactly how she is. Sign Here!
