Post 23 - Cocky All Day Long

Hello everypony! ThePikachu is back with post 23!

Rainbow Dash's cockiness never really amazes me. What does amaze me though is how many of the Rainbow Dash fans couldn't see just how cocky Rainbow Dash was. Rainbow Dash is extremely cocky, and surprisingly I find Trixie much less obnoxious. Then again, I only had to put up with Trixie for one episode. Anyway, the Mysterious Mare-Do Well was a great episode. I don't have much to review on it, but I think Rainbow Dash was way to hyped at the beginning of the episode, but because of it it did emphasize her loss of popularity afterwards. Even though she took a big fall, it was good to see her humanized instead of idolized for once.

Ah...You guys remember that fan fiction I was writing right? Well, here's the thing. I just finished chapter 4! I apologize for the really long wait. I had a horrible time finding inspiration, but I finally got to get to writing again. I am keeping this post small, since I know most of my readers have been keeping up with my writing. Here you go, my bronies, Chapter 4!

Chapter 22 Sing-A-Long Song

Hello everypony! ThePikachu is back with post 22!

Sing-A-Long Song. Two different meanings here. The first would of course be a simple singalong song. The second is the "long" part.

May the Best Pet Win! Rainbow Dash wants a pet after seeing all her friends with their pets. Twilight and Owlicious, Rarity and Opal, AJ and Winona, Fluttershy and Angel, and of course, Pinkie Pie and Gummy. Rainbow Dash watched the five play with their pets in the park. She felt left out, so she decided that she would get a pet! And Fluttershy reacted with humongous enthusiasm, introducing the FIRST SONG OF SEASON 2! Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash sing about Rainbow Dash getting a pet. My heart practically melted listening to Fluttershy sing once again, especially after such a long absence from the episodes. Once again, this episode shows Fluttershy's amazing ability to get along with many diverse types of animals, ranging from turtles, "TORTOISES!" ...Tortoises to hummingbirds to eagles and hawks. The song itself was amazing, exchanging between Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, then leading up to both of them singing together at the end. Now, this is only ten minutes into the episode, which is all I needed to see to fall in love with this episode. After this, Rainbow Dash gets 7-9 pets all in a bunch of competitions to pick the best pet. Only four make the cut, the hawk, the eagle, the bat, and the owl. These four race with Rainbow Dash through Ghastly Gorge, and the hawk wins. However, during the race Rainbow Dash crashes into the wall, and causes an avalanche, with one of the rocks falling on her wing. The tortoise, who was also in the race just because the tortoise really wanted to be somepony's pet. The tortoise ends up moving the boulder to save Rainbow Dash, and so the tortoise becomes Rainbow Dash's pet.

Now then, as many of you may or may not have seen, I have a new picture underneath my "The Brony Way" picture. This one, with ThePikachu typed across the top and Derpy standing underneath, was made by one awesome friend named Shooptube, who has made these types of things for a lot of people on the thread. They are truly awesome, and I am proud to have something made by him on my blog page.


Now a lot of people are worried about this internet bill being passed in Congress...I wouldn't worry about it at all. Google, Youtube, and Yahoo wouldn't let something like that exist, mostly because they rely on the internet as their means of profit. The government can't do something that would cause three of the biggest names on the internet to go out of business, since they can't interfere with business.

Post 21 My Little Absentee (Repost)

Hello everypony! ThePikachu is back with another post!

I can't hide my disappointment at all. First, we shall start with the new episode.

The Cutie Pox has struck Apple Bloom! A dozen different cutie marks can't be good. Especially when these cutie marks FORCE you to do their talent, which spanned from hula-hooping to speaking French to tap dancing. Poor Apple Bloom just can't wait can she? Today's episode was good. I enjoyed the message behind it, as well as the writing. The plot may have been a bit obvious but it is a child's show, or at least it was supposed to be, so it is to be expected.

Come on though...Leaving Fluttershy out two episodes in a row? Rarity was left out of 1 episode, then got an episode. In that episode, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, RBD, and Twilight Sparkle never showed. This episode, only Fluttershy was absent. That makes 2 episodes in a row where Fluttershy was missing. Is she on vacation or something? Fluttershy is one of the most popular characters according to different internet polls. Why, then, would they leave Fluttershy out of this episode and not give her her own episode? And what really annoys me is the next four announced episodes have almost nothing to do with Fluttershy, if anything at all. These episodes are:

"May the Best Pet Win!"

"The Mysterious Mare Do Well"

"Sweet and Elite"

"Secret of My Excess"

The first two deal with Rainbow Dash, which is good news for RBD fans. The next one jumps back to Rarity. The last is a Spike episode, which is really surprising seeing a Spike episode this early in the season. I am disappointed though. They gave us two episodes dealing with the CMC before even giving the mane six a single episode each. And ten episodes in, Fluttershy has had barely any parts. The only real part she had was in The Return of Harmony parts 1 and 2, and then in Luna Eclipse where she talked with Luna and Twilight. Her few lines in Lesson Zero do not count towards what I am going for. My point, however, still stands. Ten episodes, barely any Fluttershy. I hope Fluttershy gets her episode soon, I'm getting pretty tired of seeing every other pony getting so much screen time, then Fluttershy getting next to nothing. I've seen background ponies getting more screen time than the mane six.

Enough of my ranting. Apparently the 300K get did not ask for a new thread, so we are still on Pony Thread 13. That's good, because that means the 350 and 400K challenges still stand, which I plan on winning for my friends. 

Now that I think about it, I am quite curious...Who is the mysterious mare, and what will be Rainbow Dash's new pet? I guess we'll just have to wait for those episodes! Farewell everypony! ThePikachu is out.

Post 20 Skyward Bound

What's up everypony!? ThePikachu is back with post 20!

Yes, Skyward Bound for one reason and one reason only, The Legend of Zelda, Skyward Sword comes out soon, and I cannot wait for the epic story that is to unfold there within Skyward Sword.

Last Saturday there was a new episode, Sisterhooves Social, aired on the HUB. Of course, this episode was mainly about the joys of having a sister, rather than the normal lessons dealing with friendship. This episode involved Sweetie Belle getting fed up with Rarity, and then wanting Applejack to be her new big sister after seeing Applejack and Apple Bloom do their chores together, much to the dislike of Apple Bloom. In the end, Rarity and Sweetie Belle work things out, and together, along with Spike of course, they write a letter to Celestia about the magic of having a sister.

I hate waiting. Where are my Fluttershy episodes?! Why was Derpy not given her specific screen time last episode? These are different questions that need answers! Faust! I want my Fluttershy episodes!

Now as many of you know, I have a fan fic I am writing, and some of the FJ bronies are making random cameo appearances in it. No,you cannot ask to appear, I only stick the ones in that I can use to further progress the story. Anyway, here is the incredibly anticipated but incredibly short Chapter 3. I have already begun work on Chapter 4, and hope to have it out soon for my faithful viewers.

Now again, due to lack of viewer response, I feel like this goes unappreciated. I would have more to talk about if you guys would give my stuff to talk about, rather than have me do all the work to entertainyou.
