Post 18, Luna's Return

What's up bronies?! ThePikachu is back with post 18!

Today is Saturday! That means there was a new episode today. However, not only was today the new episode, today was the long awaited return of Princess Luna into the series!

Today's episode, in my opinion, was great. Luna, as we all know, turned into Nightmare Moon and was banished to the moon for 1000 years. Upon her return, she was turned back to normal. Well, in today's episode, she returned to Ponyville for the Nightmare Night celebration. During the celebration, she was constantly referred to as Nightmare Moon, and not Princess Luna, except when Twilight spoke. While she was there, her mind was 1000 years into the past. Old traditions that had existed 1000 years before still existed in her eyes, and this caused some problems, mainly with her attitude, the way she was around others, and the most obvious, how she spoke, constantly using Olde English to talk. I personally loved this aspect of the episode. The simple fact that they kept Luna out of the loop for that 1000 years she missed shows that the writers know what they are doing, and not BSing their way through it. And, once again, Derpy appeared! That's right, Derpy showed up again, bobbing for apples! And what was our favorite derp wearing for Nightmare Night? Five paper bags, one on each hoof, and one on her head. Not very creative, but hey, it is Derpy Hooves after all! For some reason...Rarity was absent in today's episode. Sorry Rarity fans.

Last night, my school had its homecoming. Well, we lost. Not surprising, but still disappointing. I'm glad I chose to stay home rather than going to watch us lose.

Now as for my fan fiction...That new episode just ruined my third chapter. I now have to go back and rewrite it, making Luna speak in Ye Olde English. It takes many, many years to take an accent and change it, and my fan fiction does not take place that long after Nightmare Moon's return, so I have to change it so it is not invalid.

Now, for my FJ bronies, I've got some things to say. I HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY, SENIORAWESOMESAUCE! YOUR PRECIOUS NOI GOT MORE SCREENTIME THAN DERPY! AND SHE SPOKE ABOUT WANTING TO BE A ZOMBIE! Looks like you picked a good pony.

And I would like to say that Pipsqueak was awesome. I love how they inserted him into the episode, saying he moved to Ponyville from "Trottingham," an obvious spin on the city "Nottingham" in England, which of course explains Pipsqueak's accent.

That's all for today! Farewell, my bronies!
